I took the initiative to share the gospel, leaving the results to God, and shared with a freshman college student who has only attended church a handful of times. The Holy Spirit kept prompting my heart that during my next visit to Doane College that I needed to share the Gospel with her. So God who is amazing at timing, allowed me to share my short testimony and the Gospel with her before her roommate and other girls came and interrupted our conversation. I observed that because she is so unchurched she doesn't have many barriers up and she was very intrigued by the Truth of the Gospel. Afterwards, I asked her her thoughts and she said that I had given her a lot to think about because she had never heard the Gospel before. I got her number, left her with a Gospel tract, and am planning on meeting with her the next time I go to Doane to ask her how the Lord has been working on her heart.
